Personalized Barre and Cardio Classes From a Teacher of 20+ Years

 

Whether you’re new to working out or a fitness class veteran, my goal is to create classes that push you beyond what your mind says you can do in a friendly and encouraging way — with a fabulous playlist jamming in the background.

Over 20 years, I've taught cycling, cardio kickboxing, step, sculpt, barre, and more. And I’ve earned fitness and cheerleading coaching certifications from Exhale Barre, AFAA (Group Fitness Instructor), Zumba, Keiser Indoor Cycling, Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning, and the American Sports Education Program.

The Bubbly Beginnings Retreat and Event Partnerships

Using 20+ years as a fitness teacher and 10+ years presenting on a variety of professional topics at conferences and workshop-style events, I’ve created a wellness retreat program called “Bubbly Beginnings.” The program, which includes both workouts and workshops, can be tailored to a half-day to two-day timeline. (More details are available upon request.) I’m also available for event partnerships ranging from a barre and brunch format to a barre/cardio workout followed by a workshop. We can tailor the format and length to your needs.
