Electrolytes, Vitamin C Make SweetWater's Oasis a Hard Seltzer MVP

Image of SweetWater Oasis premium hard seltzer’s four flavors

Delicious, alcoholic, and packs what I’ll call a “healthy” punch — that’s how I’d sum up SweetWater Oasis premium hard seltzer.

Now, I know that hard seltzers have become all the rage these days. But, I’ve been reluctant to jump on that band wagon, as the products I’ve tasted tend to have an artificially sweet and alcohol taste to them.

Recently, I was invited to a media tasting at SweetWater Brewery here in Atlanta. (And BTW, although SweetWater is based in Atlanta, their beverages are available across the country.) I couldn’t make it to the event, but given my wellness focus, I was invited to try the brand’s take on hard seltzer. (So, I was provided with complimentary product to enjoy.)

I’ve been an Atlanta girl for many years now — and have become a huge fan of SweetWater’s craft brews like 420 Extra Pale Ale and Goin’ Coastal IPA. Given their flare for developing delicious beer, I was optimistic about the seltzer.

And I can safely say that the product exceeded my expectations and has made its way into my regular alcoholic beverage lineup. In addition to the fact that Oasis is infused with electrolytes for taste AND includes antioxidants and Vitamin C, I really enjoy the taste of the product.

Out of the four flavors to try, my go-tos are now Black Cherry Lime and Mango Passionfruit. The drinks aren’t sweet but have a clean fruit flavor to them. Think sparkling water with a natural fruit infusion meets 5% alcohol. (Plus, the drinks are 100 calories and include just one gram of carbs and one gram of sugar.) It’s a match made in heaven!
